It was x-mas eve and he has two presents one for his step dad and one for his mom. He goes up to the front door and knocks the door opens and his mom is right there looking at him and his mom starts crying. They decide to let him in Chappie gives them there presents but he doesnt see any for him but he is okay with that all he wanted was to make them happy for x-mas eve

In this part that I reed was that chappie was thinking about his memories with his step dad and his mom on x-mas. one of the things that he really remembers is when he gave his step dad and his mom presents. But now he can't look back into his past because he wants to move on.

Bicycle Thief

In the movie the "Bicycle Thief" there is a scene where there are near a soccer stadium and the there is a a place to leave your bike. So Ricci wants this one bike that is just sitting right there in a far distance from him. Ricci is looks at his kid Bruno and he doesn't want to look bad by trying to take a bike that is not his so he tells him to take the bus to his house. Bruno waits and he sees that his dad is taking a bike and they catch him and the owner of the bike he was trying take said " let him go" and they did. The whole point of this movie was that the relation ship with the kid and the dad never broke the bond with each other.
